Kylie is Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with certifications in Restorative, Perinatal/Prenatal, and Nidra Yoga. Kylie’s style of teaching would be described as compassion led , functional movement in a safe and mindful space. She believes strongly that strength building in an accessible way leads to more confidence with less injury for the student.

As a child Kylie always knew she wanted to help people, this led her down the path of attending the Social Service Work program at Sheridan College in which she graduated from in 2009. After working in the family counselling field she realized quickly that the holistic approach to healing was the best way for her to help others. Which led her to a Yoga Teacher Training program in 2016 where she found the love of movement, breath and mindfulness. After graduating from this program in 2017 she went on to complete programs/certifications in Restorative Yoga, Perinatal/Prenatal Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Adding to her repertoire to better help others heal she has also become a certified Hypnotherapist with the National Guild of Hypnotists as well as a level 2 Reiki practitioner.

Working in both the studio and private setting she discovered just how powerful connecting to the body in breath and movement can help people move through anxiety, stress, pain, trauma, grief and more.
